We programmed our advanced, multi-spindle screw machining equipment to execute six different machining operations including milling, forming, boring, thread cutting, tapping, roll-marking, drilling, and broaching. This technology enabled us to maintain critical tolerances while running at an extremely high rate of production. Additionally, this project was unique as it required the use of an eight spindle multi-spindle machine to complete.
